Daddy’s Home Special School

Overview

In response to a felt need for a school for differently-abled children, Daddy’s Home was conceived in 1989, under Daddy’s Home Charitable Trust.

The school focuses on the need to provide equal opportunities for children with intellectual/physical disabilities to receive education and later, their integration into society as contributing and responsible citizens of Goa.

The total strength of the school is over 100 students and 21 staff – 11 teachers, 1 cleaner, 1 teacher’s aid, 1 physio teacher, 1 speech teacher, 1 counselor, 1 administrator, 1 school bus driver, 2 wardens and a director
